TERMS, CONDITIONS, WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICIES
These are policies for buying from Baldivis Water (Bellevue WA PTY LTD). These policies will not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Baldivis Water (baldiviswater.com.au) displays products in Australian Dollars by default. We currently only accept Mastercard and Visa for online payments. Please contact us on (08)95241441 or at email@example.com to discuss alternative payment methods
All shipping will be done via Australia Post Standard or Express, unless specified otherwise. We currently only ship within Australia for online orders. For international and courier shipping, please contact us before processing your order.
All orders will be processed promptly during our usual trading hours. Products will be shipped within 3 days of order processing unless otherwise specified. Backorders or delays will be notified ASAP. Advertised products occasionally become unavailable due to reasons beyond our control and therefore all products are subject to availability. Backorders usually do not incur extra freight, but if your order is subject to extra freight charges, we will give you the option whether to proceed by paying the difference, or to cancel all or part of the order. Full refund will be offered for any items that are cancelled for this reason. Freight will be recalculated accordingly.
You will receive order confirmation via email upon submitting your payment. Please ensure your details are correct. Additionally, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped with tracking details (where applicable). If there is any problem with your order, one of our sales representatives will contact you. If we cannot contact when required we reserve the right to cancel the entire order and a full refund will be given.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, please call us on (08) 95241441. We will endeavour to accommodate you in this. No changes can be made if your order is shipped. If already shipped please refer to our return policy.
Online pricing may differ to In-store pricing. Prices for items available for purchase on baldiviswater.com.au or other third-party sites are online pricing. All pricing includes GST unless expressly stated otherwise.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a store credit provided we are contacted within a reasonable timeframe. The items must be returned in its original packaging and in original condition. In most cases, there will be a minimum restocking fee of 20%. Be aware that credit for shipping costs will only be given provided that the order was an error of Baldivis Water, and goods must be shipped by transport appointed by Baldivis Water. Contact us before returning any items. Items returned must be in the same condition as received by you. Please, if possible, return in original shipping container (box etc.). Baldivis Water will not accept responsibility for damage in transit for any returns. For credit returns, item(s) must be in original packaging (where applicable).
PRODUCT WARRANTIES/ DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All items we sell, unless expressly stated by Baldivis Water, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. All products sold by Baldivis Water have a “manufacturer’s warranty”. Defective products will not be replaced after the manufacturer warranty period from the purchase date. Contact us for assistance with warranty claims.
All warranties are subject to manufacturer assessment. Repair or replacement will be at the manufacturer’s discretion. Freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be shipped from Baldivis Water unless expressly stated otherwise by us or the manufacturer.
